Directions

Trim-to-fit gel sheet as needed. Wash and dry affected area before applying. Peel off backing and apply to affected area. Save backing for storage. Remove from skin for 3 - 4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe. Hand-wash with mild soap; air dry.
